Turkish Airline Complaint via Directorate General Claim form
As expected our flight from Istanbul to Hanoi was 3 hours and 10 minutes delayed and as a result we missed our connecting flight to Siem Reap and landed 20 hours after expected.
We have been told that if Turkish does not give a favorable offer (which they haven't in fact not replied to my husband) we can make a claim under the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Our issue is in their form (apart from in being in Turkish!) we cannot seem to find our destination airport i.e Istanbul to Hanoi? Can anyone offer any suggestions to get around this issue.
