The "cherry on the cake" was when he was upgraded to FC, and made a request to the FC FA to have the coach meal in lieu of the FC meal. This request was summarily denied by the FA. This person got to their destination, and immediatly wrote up an addendum to their corporate travel policy to forbid ANYONE in the company from every flying DL again.
