Not sure I agree with this. How do you know that the GS ranks are bloated? I would think the number of GS is exactly where UA want it to be given that the entry criteria is a closely guarded secret. CPU's are exactly that - complimentary on a space available basis. None of us are entitled to them. I am 100% out of DEN because I buy revenue F for all my domestic travel. As a UA shareholder, I am happy they (and the other big 2) have maximised their revenue earning capabilities from selling PCU's.
