Long story short, I used BA's mobile website on my laptop (Chrome browser) and I was able to login to my account with my password.
I Google BA mobile site and went to the appropriate result.
I found my really old laptop from my storage I haven't used in over a year and it worked. I think it's cookies. I still am waiting for BA to contact me as regardless, my 2FA needs to update my phone number which has changed.
