Bask ws a weak AA partner at 2.5: 1 dollar ratio.
It's also disappoints current account holders are ineligible for bonus miles for almost 2 years.
Currently I cannot link 2 of my external banks since October 1. on Bask web site.
Confirmed my account numbers and routing number.
Contacted Bask - "We have no IT department"
Sent Bask email on link issues - no reply
SO as a test I deleted a current savings account from one of my banks, then tried to link checking account- denied. Then tried to link the original savings account - denied.
SO although Bask offers a good high yield interest rate the AA program has regressed and customer service is ineffective.
Amazing that a Bank has no IT support and merely ignores customer linkage complaints.
