This is probably a stupid question but did you request a paper invoice at departure (which I realize can be harder than it sounds if you are pressed for time and there is a line)? If so, did they refuse you a paper invoice?

You are indicating there is not a pop-up folio tied to this stay in the activity history on your Hyatt account (which given the indirect nature of their relationship with Hyatt might not surprise me)?
