I am traveling on UA codeshare ticket on LH metal from FRA to SFO, I have the option to switch to MUC on A350 and try Allegris, I read somewhere that LH charges fees for certain desirable seats, does that apply to UA codeshare tickets too?

Interested in the bulkhead seats, are they free to choose for UA 1k?
