VAT invoice confusion - Hyatt booking for Mr & Mrs Smith property
Booked a Mr & Mrs Smith property through Hyatt's platform and paid Hyatt directly. Now trying to get a VAT invoice for my business expenses but getting the runaround:

- Hotel says I need to get the VAT invoice from Hyatt since they took the payment
- Hyatt says I need to get it from the hotel
- Payment shows as "HYATT HOTELS" on my credit card statement

Has anyone dealt with this situation before? Who should actually provide the VAT invoice when booking M&MS properties through Hyatt?
