Another short rib, though my first time trying this variant; I found it a solid choice. The sauce tasted like a mix of brown gravy and BBQ sauce. All three of the non-limited choices were still available when the FA got to row 5.
I wish they offered this version still, I've been wanting to try it. My flight for next week has switched to a new Nov menu with the traditional/boring roasted potatoes/root vegetables.
