Yes, to me sounds like it's just a branding thing because in the end is a Priority Pass lounge like any other. One thing that I wonder is if there is a difference between Aspire Lounges and Aspire Executive Lounges, with the OP seeming to be the second type. I wouldn't have my hopes high, but it should help distribute the people more through 3 PP lounges instead of 2.
