LATAM IMO hands down. Even the 2/2/2 787 feels roomy. Also it's very easy getting over person when in bed mode. (Unlike at lot of 2/2/2 LATAM has enough space to stand up to cross over)

You'll also feel better due to lower cabin pressure on 787.
