The champagne still seems to be in flux, both the Bollinger and Lanson Noble were loaded on my LHR-HKG last week (crew offered to do a side by side, as expected the Bollinger is far more to my taste), SIN-LHR on Tuesday had Lanson Noble on the printed menu but Bollinger was loaded instead.
