Welcome to Flyertalk and welcome to the BA forum. I agree it's probably some IT glitch, and it's quite possible that OLCI will work for you now, several hours after you first tried. It's not a big deal if you can't get the boarding pass, in recent months the IT projects have meant that many regular travellers are getting used to wrestling with Apps and BA.com trying eventually extract a boarding pass. This is the main thread, and there is a checklist of things to check in there.
