Yes, they have awarded sort of half rate, for which there is an argument to be had. It should be said you can't lose the half rate payment, but you will have to go to CEDR or the small claims court to see if you can get Azurair to apply.
When you say I can't lose the half rate payment; there's no way that you can see for CEDR to rule against me?
My concern is I reject the compensation for BA only to end up with nothing!
