If I'm reading this correctly, suppose I fly YVR-AMS-LHR return on KLM, I'll pay APD at the higher Band B rate for the entire trip, unless my connection in AMS is longer than 24H? If it is longer, then I pay the lower rate for AMS-LHR only?
