I am only flying back for the weekend for some appointments and therefore need to be on that flight. I specifically fast tracked my TSA pre-check approval so that I would have it for this flight. I added the "Known Passenger" details a month ago but now I am getting an error. There is also a notification saying "one of your destinations requires passport scanning". Please advise
Do I understand this is a return flight?
If yes, are you flying on something other than a UK passport, if so the airline may want to check that UK immigration will permit you to enter the country. I frequently cannot check in on line for the same reason living in Singapore, airlines frequently want to see my proof of residency in Singapore before letting me board a flight to Singapore.
