I book most of flights on the couch on iPad/Safari. The new UI or maybe AS’ website in general really seems to be extremely non-functional. I went through the entire booking process twice for a trip, and both times at the end it through me back to the search page and had lost my trip. Got off my lazy… couch and walked over to my MacBook where I had no problems completing the booking in Firefox without issues.
How much money do they lose each day in failed bookings every day?
