That’s what several of us have found, no paid upgrade option on tickets booked through travel management systems like Concur or Egencia. I just call to refare however it’s kind of silly their high volume corporate contracts will book through a process that doesn’t allow for the revenue upsells. But maybe they designed it that way, who knows.
