Your situation is that you are connecting to the international flight at HND in same day, although your situation is a separate ticket and in difference alliance. Question is if ANA at HKD will consider your situation as same day international connection, where domestic portion will have same baggage allowance as international segment. It does not hurt to show your HND-DFW AA ticket at HKD but be prepared to pay 4500 yen, need to pick up your luggage at HND, carry your luggage between T2 and T3 of HND, and then check your luggage at HND T3 with AA.
