It was KLM that was brought to court in The Netherlands by the Dutch Consumers’ Association. They asked the court to rule that canceling a whole ticket after missing 1 segment/outbound flight was an unreasonable condition. KLM then proposed to change their policy into the fixed fees for reinstating the next segments of a trip (after missing/skipping one).
