Then why ever bother with upgrades that nobody wants? I still miss the old format, I dislike the new one and add in all the problems (my account also just said "Hi", but was actually ok once I clicked on some different things) but a lot of you are having serious issues that you need fixed, especially if you're flying soon. If they had just kept the old format that most were happy with this never would have happened. I can't for the life of me see how the new one is "better" in any way.
