I have an upcoming flight JFK - CDG - DUB, but I now need to fly JFK - CDG - BCN. Am I right in thinking that, if I'm not checking a bag, I could just book a new AF flight from CDG to BCN and just not take my flight from CDG - DUB. If it is a new booking, I won't incur a penalty, correct?
