Anyone have any resolution to their 2FA login issues? For some reason it wants me to verify with an old cell phone number I haven't used in over a year and I have changed the phone number. the 2FA page doesn't even give other methods like email like it used to except for the ""Recovery Code" which I never set up. I tried calling BA today where the customer service rep keeps insisting that they don't have my old phone number and that they will escalate with IT. I'm trying to book a flight on QR, but I can't transfer avios over until I login to BA, and I am trying to rush. They said I will get an email back by the end of day which hasn't happened. Anyone have success changing their SMS phone number successfully or fix this issue?
For whatever reason, today I have been unable to access my BAEC on my laptop.
I cannot recall setting up the 2FA.
Long story short, I used BA's mobile website on my laptop (Chrome browser) and I was able to login to my account with my password.
I Google BA mobile site and went to the appropriate result.
