Yeah I've read the posts but I am simply worried about SAS IT that I've known for a long time ... They might have a whatever issue year-end and if the miles are not posted on time there's no way for me to claim it. I really don't understand why they will not allow retroclaim after Dec 20. Sometimes SAS does not add some points even if I put EB numbers correctly and SAS app shows the itineraries .
