I am surprised that she said the cuts would affect even a long flight such as SIN. I also asked a semi-serious rhetorical question about whether hot water would be provided in F, should I bring my own Pot Noodles.
Anyway, as has been mentioned upthread, if you are in any way bothered or affected by this, do complain to BA rather than just complaining on here. I am still undecided whether I think they will actually do anything about it but I think they will certainly be beginning to be aware that they have greatly displeased many of their premium passengers.
