I don’t think it’s a joke to have a light meal on any flight leaving c9:30pm or later. Tbh I prefer not to have meal and use the CCR properly pre departure.
I find the language used in the menus odd and do thing Brunch timing is too late or they need to make the dishes more appealing but again not the worst move from a customer perspective.
So you prefer not to eat a full meal on 9pm departures. On the other hand, lots of people, myself included, do want a full dinner on the plane and do not have the luxury of spending time before the flight on a long leisurely meal. Nobody was forcing you to eat, and you could follow your preferred routine. On the other hand, I am being forced to settle for a light snack, with no other option. See the difference?
