Same here - they added a $42 errant minibar charge to my folio, which really sours the experience. On top of that, I find it annoying the bill comes from a "noreply" email address with a folio that contains no email address. I called the hotel and was put on a very long hold. I hung up and called back, and asked for an email address and they say there isn't one, and no option to leave a voicemail, I must simply wait on hold.

I forwarded to my concierge to hopefully correct. Def feels smarmy to me.

Overall the hotel was "fine" but not great, IMO. I was proactively upgraded to a corner suite as globalist.
