Correct, they have a separate group hired to do room changeovers, our 2 places were spotless.

Following my stay, I contacted Hilton and complained about the noise, lack of housekeeping, and impacts on the restaurants. They gave me 10K points per night as compensation. I was a little disappointed, but not to the extent of following up. I heard others got their resort fee reimbursed, and another person got their last night free.
For timeshare, would only be a midweek housekeeping, so that's all we're missing. Just taking out our own rubbish. We have washer & dryer, dishwasher in the units, so no worries there.
