Other than the space and location, you are not missing much. The one post-COVID visit was OK, with an even more limited menu, and the food was mediocre. Drinks were overpriced, but it helps with the 25% discount with MP Visa.

Unlikely. Polaris Lounge is managed by a different company than OTG restaurants in EWR. The Front of the House folks who normally work at Classified will probably get restaffed elsewhere in the airport. Less work for Saison kitchen workers after the closure.
