Yes, I have a call scheduled with a concierge for this afternoon actually to go over the details of the stay and proposal (we will not yet be engaged when checking in and I have a major irrational fear that somebody will spoil it with a premature "congratulations" at check in or something haha)

Great to know regarding the suites and also contacting hotels ahead of time in general. Normally we are not luxury travelers but will be in a more flexible bracket very soon (very modest income currently, but will be "high earners" within 2 years when I complete my training). In the past we have never contacted a concierge ahead of time, this is the first, but I will make note to do so for upscale stays in the future.
