I had the chickpea salad on a domestic last week and thought it was one of the best domestic meals this year. Just goes to show everyone’s tastes are different. Agree it’s a bit small for a longer flight though, particularly one where there’s no longer a lounge.
On the back of this post from Confus I tried the chickpea salad rather than the beef on BA 1393 LHR-MAN earlier this week and am glad that I did. Found it very tasty. Nice flight with an efficient and friendly crew (albeit there were only 4 rows of CE which should makes things easier)
