I just logged in Alaska, then found out the site no longer shows my name, just has Hi.

The site does not show me being signed in, despite it does show my Last Name, Account Number and the Balance of Account. Only with Safari browser I could see Account Activity details. Both Firefox and Chrome only have a very quick flash then pop up the Account Sign In boxes. This has happened in the past but one could go thru the other functions such as Wallet, then the Old Side Bars would show up and one could go to the screens from there.

Account Profile used to show up as submenu of Account Overview? Now there is nowhere to be found!

There is NO tab or bubble to see Account Profile, meaning in case you need to update anything, there is NO such function any more. At least I could not find where it is hidden.

In the past I vaguely remember there was some bubble at the bottom of the screen one could navigate to the Account Profile. I could not find any access.

Does anyone have such issues or only random accounts being affected?

Oh, the site said it could not find my Mileage Account Number... Nuts.

I found there is a box Account showing up on the Trip screen. There I could find Account Profile. This box should show up under the Overview and Elite Status screen - it does not show up in my account, but does show up in my husband's account. My suspicion is, this has something to do with the inexplicable dropping of my First Name from the Legal Name!

Apparently the Mileage Plan system somehow messed up my Legal Name.

My First Name disappears from Legal Name! Now the Legal Name is only Middle Name and Last Name combination. It then has a "Preferred Name" you can add the Preferred First Name.

It could not find my account number with credential because the First Name no longer in the Full Legal Name. The Print Membership Card screen only shows the Last Name, neither First Name nor Middle Name is there.

How can the system lost my First Name from the Legal Name? Anyone has similar issue happened to their accounts?

Nationality of Travel Document no longer shows up, despite passport number / expiration date are still intact.

Checked my husband's account - his legal name is correct as before, (First, Middle and Last). His Travel Document also lost nationality that needed update.

What is going on?! The website is totally messed up!
