Ah good point, yes we just have a basic lakeview room so we will get the general team, did not know it was split up. That is great intel for when we return with a more generous budget in a few years!
I would recommend a suite here for sure. In the meantime, For any hotel, I always recommend providing the concierge team as much info about yourselves and your wishes/requests for your stay as you can. Hospitality is all about relationships and connection. If they know how they can make your stay better, I find this hotel will push to make it happen if they have capacity. It doesn't hurt to ask for things!
