Ars technica published this article reporting CrowdStrike filling a compliant in Federal District and has links to both complaints. Ars is awaiting a response from the TSA.

CrowdStrike is alleging that Delta had not complied with the TSA March 7, 2023 cybersecurity emergency amendment to the TSA’s security programs. [paragraphs #12, #23].
