- Booking a hotel myself
- Trying to get some sleep in the lounge or the sleep&fly lounge with Priority Pass

My flight should land around 10PM in DOH, from what I read this is peak time in the lounge. I've never been in DOH airport before, but I know how these nap areas in other lounges are often occupied, could anyone tell me whether there is a possibility that I could just stay in the lounge and use one of the nap rooms. Or if I could score a nap are in the Sleep&Fly lounge with my PP. (although that would only be for 3 hours)

I know it's best to just book a hotel when I want to be absolutely sure but I just want to see what the other options are. Thanks!
Good to know the sleep&fly lounge is Priority Pass. I have a 10 hour layover next month that isn't covered by the free transit hotel since I could have taken a later flight from my origin, but that one only gives me a little over an hour connection, and I have Al Safwa access. I see that sleep&fly is limited to 3 hours, but assuming I can't get a quiet room in either Al Safwa or Al Mourjan (highly unlikely as I land at 10pm), that 3 hours will be welcomed. Wonder if you can extend it for cash? I reckon shower, dinner, and drinks in the Al Safwa, head there for 3 hours and back to Al Safwa.

I'll be making a judgement call on the day of whether I want to leave the airport for a real hotel or not. I'm not eligible for the paid stopover hotel program because I'm under 12 hours, which is a bit ridiculous, I don't see why it's not the same threshold as the hotel paid by QR on an unavoidable long layover.
