booking for 3 doesn't necessarily mean you get 3 breakfasts (under globalists benefits), especially in Asia... not sure how flexible GH Hangzhou is.
if you have leftover CAAs, attach it to the reservation, at least in my experience club access in a booked room for 3, grants benefits with at least breakfast in the lounge (and maybe even restaurant, property dependent)
