It popped up in PACER, case number 1:24-cv-04904-TWT. Crowdstrike Inc v Delta Air Lines Inc. Just asking for rulings that the limitations of liability in section 9.1 and 9.2 in the contract between Delta and Crowdstrike is valid, and that Crowdstrike did not act "grossly negligent" or commit "willful misconduct" as section 9.3 of the contract would then be an exception to 9.1 and 9.2. Crowdstrike also argues that the appropriate venue is in federal court, amongst other arguments as Delta wants to have the class actions against them settled (dismissed) in federal court.
Nothing too exciting yet.
