I’m a bit more than disappointed and bordering angry that I’m going to lose half a day vs what I assumed would be a 16:00 seaplane departure and will end up spending 7+ hours in the little Male lounge. Has anyone experience with this and suggestions on anything I could do? My theory is that they are bundling me in with all those on 15:00-16:00 departures to save a later flight. I know STR doesn’t decide the schedules, but they are my conduit to the airline.

I was in the same situation a few years ago when I stayed at this property. It is what it is . Many itins need to align on the back end for these sea planes. We know this going in. Don't let it ruin your experience . Cheers
