Complete shambles at CPH last night for BA819. Announce boarding for groups 0 to 3 together, only for everyone to be herded into the waiting lounge before being allowed down to the airbridge. After everyone had come through, they then announced group 1 only could board, at which point it became a complete free for all with gate staff suddenly disappearing...

Lots of grumbling from those in groups 0 and 1, and possibly one for the DYKWIA thread, including the one actually dressed in gold...
