If she truly does not know what she did wrong her judgement is highly questionable. I am sorry if this sounds harsh and I do feel for you, but I think you are very naive to trust her. She is very likely playing you. If she truly did nothing wrong or did not know that she did there would not be 25 accounts locked (assuming this part is true). You need to be assertive here and go to her management.
