Given she admitted to me 5M Avios are "locked" in 25 clients' and her own account, methinks she does not know what she did wrong...
... and I will probably never know. I'm just disappointed about the lost flights, and yes, I will keep control of my own accounts from now on!

I’d try to get some more specific answers from TA. Namely, what EXACTLY happened to the avios that were in your account? Were tickets booked directly from there, just like they would be used if you did it for yourself? Or were they transferred in some bucket account and mixed in with all the others? There are several other possibilities. I’m highly suspicious of the TA and if you don’t get a satisfactory answer then maybe go to upper management of the agency, assuming they’re not also in on it as well.
