The food is so often excellent on TK. It’s a pity the crew serving it don’t have the same premium skills of some airlines- they are too often cold, detached, hurried and not at all present in the cabin. I also note each time I fly- even on shorter flights- the famous TK “drink problem”- they do drinks once at the very start, in such a way that you think it’s a drink before the main meal, then do no further drinks at all. It’s easy to say “so why don’t you just ask, then…” it’s much nicer when it’s offered.
