A quick Google research would yield the following result:
IBAN example in Sweden
SE4550000000058398257466
Country code SE
Check digits 45
Bank code 500
Bank account number 00000058398257466

So the bank key in Sweden is only 3 digits, while the bank account number has much more than 7 digits.
