AA flies 2 configurations of the 788 in business class. You won't know which config you're on until about 24 hrs before the flight and even then it can still change.

Both configs offer 5 rows of fully lie flat seats in a 1-2-1 config. One is all forward facing, the other alternates between forward and backwards facing seats. But neither are fully private "suites" with doors or anything like that.
