You may be dealing with a different concierge team than @Wilas, as he was in a suite. The CLL actually has 3 separate concierge teams... one group dedicated to Fairmont Gold, the Suite VIP Concierge team for 1 Bedroom Suite (and higher) guests, and then the rest of the hotel. However, I think you'll still get pretty good service from them. At this time of year, guest occupancy is low, so you should get great attention. Also, if they know about your proposal plans, I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to make the stay special.
