Family on two booking refs, one passenger standby - any advice?
Just tried to check in for BA507 at LIS - party of 2 adults one child with one adult on separate booking ref (…to use Barclays avoid voucher…)

the separate adult has been put on standby. No rebooking offered and no acknowledgement that travelling separately is a problem as a family with onward travel plans together. Could anyone suggest anything I should/could insist on from BA? Thanks in advance for any help.
