I had an unexpected call from a Birmingham number soon after I had submitted a claim in relation to a delayed flight. The man who called asked for some personal details and I said I'd tell him provided he gave me some info first. We had a couple of minutes good natured back and forth but he did give me enough info to convince me. I do feel like it is a bit unsatisfactory though.
