Given my situation, 1 traveler with 1 small ETC and TB funds, would the proper procedure be:
1 - purchase two separate nonrefundable tickets, 1 using ETC, 1 using TB funds ?
2 - cancel both tickets at least 24 hours after purchase to receive 2 FFCs ?
3 - purchase actual desired ticket using all available FFCs ?
Presuming the above procedure is correct, are there any fees involved for the cancellations? (In other words) is a FFC issued for the full value of a cancelled ticket?
When using multiple FFC‘s to purchase a ticket, can it be done by the individual online or does it require a telephone call?
