BTW if booking an award on the EWR-GOH route with AC Aeroplan: The only way I was able to do it is to search for EWR to any other airport (for example LHR). Edit the URL of the search page to replace the airport code with "GOH". For example change "&dest0=LHR" to "&dest0=GOH". I still can't book any of these with MileagePlus, can one have any luck?
