I called the hotel. They said today they will use official rate 1 USD = 1008 ARS to calculate and charge in ARS on the card.
I am referring to https://bluedollar.net/official-rate/ - the whole lingo is very confusing but I guess I need to read it as the "sell" price in this page.
When I input 655 * 1008 = 660240 ARS in visa exchange rate calculator - https://usa.visa.com/support/consume...alculator.html with 0% bank transaction fee, its showing $615. So I think its basically the same price and better to pay at the hotel as of today, unless there will be a dollar fluctuation that becomes unfavorable... or favorable. But they both go up or down together.. so it shouldn't become unfavorable?

In the visa website it shows

660240 ARS = 614.881974 USD
1 ARS = 0.000931 USD
1 USD = 1073.767044 ARS

I don't see this 1073.76 number anywhere in bluedollar website. Where to find this number?
